At Oh Yours Fashion’s Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange or request a refund. Please contact our Customer Service at Ohyoursfashion@gmail.com for the return address and any further questions.

Return Window: Unconditional returns are accepted within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.

Refunds for Damaged Items: If your item is damaged, please take photos and email them to us for confirmation. We will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Size: If the size is correct according to our product descriptions but does not fit, you may ship it back at your expense. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will refund the product price within 2-3 working days.

Return Information:

  • Please provide your order number, quantity of each item, and a photo of the shipping label on the package sent to you when contacting us for a return.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging. No refund will be given for items that are missing packaging, used, worn, washed, have no tags, or have odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, pet hair).

Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Oh Yours Fashion’s Store is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages during transit.

Processing and Delivery: Orders are subject to 2-5 business days processing prior to shipping; 80% are processed within 24 hours. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. Estimated delivery time: 7-23 business days to the United States; 12-45 business days to other countries.
