Processing Time:
- Clothing: 2-3 days processing time.
- Shoes: 7 days processing time (Most of our shoes are custom made by hand and require about 7 days to process).

- 7-20 days to US, CA, AU, UK.
- 7-35 days to other countries.

Express Shipping:
- 2-7 working days to the US.
- 2-10 working days to other countries.
Note: Processing times may vary during busy periods. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Oh Yours Fashion’s Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
International Shipping:

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
